I find ways to help clients challenge the status quo and create new opportunities. I work to help companies establish new markets, launch products, mange turnarounds, spin-out divisions, and grow. My particular focus is on providing a rigorous analysis of the economics of an opportunity, and I am often asked first to find or create
opportunities other cannot see.
Operationally, I held interim executive roles in telecoms (Head of Internet, and Commercial Director) and venture capital (CEO).
Clients include everyone from new firms being spun out of leading universities, ventures by some of the largest and best known technology and manufacturing firms, as well as various government departments. My largest deal topped $500M, and the largest market cap increase from on a project (telecoms spin-out) was worth more than $1Bn.
